Michael Worden - Chief Executive Officer

Michael Worden serves as the CEO of Right Sized Inventory (RSI), bringing decades of expertise in supply chain management. Under his leadership, the RSI team has successfully commercialized their patented predictive-analytics technology, revolutionizing the way inventory is optimized in the market. Michael's mission is to perpetuate this industry transformation, help more enterprises achieve optimal business outcomes, and firmly establish RSI as the market leader for inventory optimization solutions. His commitment to the success of RSI clients serves as the NorthStar for RSI’s mission and purpose. Michael’s passion is to help RSI’s clients solve the tough business problems that face any enterprise that makes, moves, stores, or sells physical goods. Before joining RSI, he held vital leadership roles at industry giants such as IBM, Raytheon, TRW, and Dell, overseeing global sales, client services, and production operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Purdue University.

Stephen Cook – Chief Technology Officer

Stephen Cook is an experienced entrepreneur and software engineer with experience that spans a wide range of industries, including Radio Astronomy (NRAO), High Speed Networking (InfiniBand/GE), Manufacturing Scheduling with Genetic Algorithms (nMetric). He leverages this broad experience to bring valuable insights and improvements to RSI and our clients. Stephen has been a crucial part of RSI from our inception and brings substantial technical know-how to solving tough inventory optimization challenges. He leverages his deep technical expertise and business acumen to continuously improve the RSI engine and overall solutions for the benefit of our clients. Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from New Mexico Tech and his MBA from the University of New Mexico.

David McPhetrige - Retired Advisor / Inventor

David McPhetrige has decades of supply chain experience that he has leveraged to invent the correct, complete, patented supply-chain predictive-analytics methodology used by RSI. His key expertise is supply-chain optimization for each inventory item in each location. David utilizes his extensive supply chain and inventory optimization knowledge to help RSI clients across the full array of industries they represent. His passion for solving business challenges through advanced analytics brought real value to our clients. David has more than four decades of hands-on experience and results in lean supply chain and manufacturing, lean implementations, ERP deployments (Oracle, MANMAN, Edible), financial analysis, cost accounting and project leadership. David’s experience spans several different organizations, including Mellano and Company, FlowVision, Micro Motion (Emerson), Cobe Cardiovascular (Sorin) and Portadrill (Gingerich). He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Colorado University. David is enjoying a well-earned retirement but remains connected to the RSI family as an advisor.

Candice Skinner - Operations Specialist

Candice Skinner is a Operations Specialist at RSI, providing day-to-day inventory optimization support for clients. She also assists in the sales process and onboarding of new clients. With 25 years of manufacturing operational experience, Candice specializes in inventory control and optimization. Prior to joining RSI, Candice worked in numerous industries, including automotive, medical devices, chemicals manufacturing, injection molding, aerospace, metal fabrication, and health & beauty. She also has extensive experience in production and distribution planning for industrial, retail, and direct-to-consumer products. Candice holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Operations from DeVry.

Maureen Cook - Owner/CFO

Maureen is the owner of Right Sized Inventory and serves as the CFO. She is a resilient leader who assumed responsibility for Right Sized Inventory in 2016 following the tragic passing of her husband and RSI’s founder, David Cook. Her leadership roles span across company finances, strategy, marketing and people support. She continues to maintain and expand the company's standing as a WBENC certified business, demonstrating her commitment to diversity and excellence in business practices. Maureen’s unwavering dedication to both Right Sized Inventory and her late husband's legacy underscores her role as a strong leader in the supply chain industry. Maureen earned valuable supply chain experience and business acumen during her time at Intel where she worked in several leadership and analyst roles. In addition to her leadership roles within RSI, Maureen and her children started the Non-Profit, davegivesback.org in 2021 to raise support and awareness for Search & Rescue after the tragic loss of her husband and Kate, Ryan & Sara’s father, Dave, in the mountains of Colorado. Maureen has a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.

Ryker Frandsen - Vice President of Operations

Ryker Frandsen manages operations, consulting, training, customer success, and significant portions of product management. His leadership and operations knowledge benefits clients spanning from large Fortune 50 enterprises to small family-owned shops. He has a passion for working with large datasets and collaborating with clients and other members at RSI to deliver outstanding solutions to client business problems. Ryker combines his deep knowledge of RSI’s predictive analytics solution with his vast supply chain experience to accomplish consistently valuable results for RSI’s clients. Prior to joining RSI, Ryker earned valuable experience across many supply chain roles and organizations. His experience notably includes planning a massive supply chain scale up of COVID-19 Test Kits during the throes of the COVID-19 Pandemic. He has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, and co-majors in Technology Management and Business Analytics from Indiana University.

Adam Reed - Strategic Advisor

Adam Reed is a strategic advisor working with RSI. He engages in a multitude of areas including helping clients with business decision making & inventory optimization, capturing standardized business processes, and creating strategy to action paths to improve RSI’s value. Prior to his work with RSI, Adam spent nearly 27 years in various supply chain management roles at Intel and has extensive supply chain leadership experience including supply planning, factory scheduling, demand fulfillment, inventory optimization, strategic capacity planning, and advanced analytics. Adam directed several global supply chain organizations at Intel, including fab supply planning, CPU business unit and supply planning, strategic capacity and inventory management, and advanced inventory and supply planning analytics. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. He graduated from the business college with Highest Honors while earning three majors in Operations Management, Economics and Sales Management.

Bob Mills - Vice President of Business Development

Bob is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with 26+ years of experience in manufacturing and operational excellence. Specializing in P&L management, business operating systems, leadership development, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement. Proven track record of driving significant business transformations, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency across various organizations. Passionate about leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize supply chain and business operations. Bob has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management Systems from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA from Creighton University. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife of 28 years and his two youngest of five children.


Kevin Koonce - Chief Operations Officer

Kevin Koonce is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in managing international operations including every role in supply chain. His expertise in lean manufacturing and logistics has led to significant cost savings and process improvements across multiple global enterprises during his career. He also played a key role starting up a 3PL / 4PL with great operational success. Kevin has a strong foundation in business administration and brings well-rounded experience in supply chain operations that directly benefits RSI’s clients. During his time with RSI the company has continued to grow with client partners big and small. Kevin is a self-professed supply chain “geek” and has a passion for helping enterprises achieve the best possible business outcomes. He is a strong believer in the power of utilizing RSI’s tools, resources, and amazing people to deliver meaningful results for our clients. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kettering University in Flint, MI with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain.

Chip Wiley - Software Developer

Chip Wiley is a Senior Software Developer at Right Sized Inventory with over 20 years of experience implementing scalable, high-performance applications for Fortune 500 companies. Chip's development background includes proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, C++, SQL, and JavaScript. He has a thorough understanding of software development methodologies and best practices which he used to successfully lead numerous projects from concept to deployment. Chip utilizes his vast software development experience to bring crucial improvements to RSI’s platform and users. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Adam Templeton - Strategic Advisor

Adam Templeton is a strategic advisor working with RSI. He engages in a multitude of areas including creating robust internal business policies, defining meaningful business and market strategy and bolstering RSI product management processes. Adam is an accomplished engineering leader with 35 years’ experience overseeing the development and delivery of new products and platforms that have shaped multiple industries. Prior to his work with RSI, Adam held numerous senior engineering leadership roles at Harris Corporation. He oversaw the development of next-generation products and accumulated extensive experience in engineering product development, product management, strategic planning, and new product introduction to manufacturing. With extensive experience in developing new products and deploying them into production, Adam has a strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, and operational efficiencies which he leverages to improve RSI’s solutions for the benefit of our clients. Adam contributes as an adjunct professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, teaching innovation to engineering students periodically. Adam holds a master’s degree in engineering from Syracuse University and multiple undergraduate degrees in Physics and Engineering.
